What a way to kick off the tour! The capital region did not disappoint as that Saturday was definitely one of the most hyped and appropriately indulged crowds we've played for in quite some time. We might not even see a crowd that good on this tour! (LOOKING AT YOU BUFFALO, SYRACUSE, ROCHESTER)
The open mic at Moon & River was fun too! We got to meet a lot of traveling artists (like ourselves) and musicians in the region. We even ran into someone that's going to be attending RIT next semester. If you're reading this you picked a good major but pick your professors carefully because some are just fucking awful at teaching.
Pauly's Hotel was, again, fun. Albany's oldest tavern has a blues jam open mic thing on mondays and although we're not really a blues band it was fun showing all the oldies what modern blues rock sounds like (We played a Black Keys cover).
A BIG thanks to everyone in Albany that came out to see us.
A BIGGER thanks to our fill in drummers for the open mics!
Next stop, the second biggest city in New York.
aaaaaaaaaand Josh's Nips.
